A non profit making organization KALA RANG KALA SANG organized a "National Art Festival 2009" in Gwalior orgnization  is trying to give a new space to artists and Gwalior citizens so they can enjoy fine art once again in their beautiful city, organization is working from six years, some number of artists and art lover founded this unionization to promote art on state and national level so artist from Gwalior and different places can come & work together to exchange their views of arts and daily life. Organization which has already done five workshops & exhibitions in Gwalior city and more than thousand artists have participated till now.

KALA RANG KALA SANG is founded by Hari Krishan Kadam as president, Miss Uma Meena as vice president, Mukesh Verma as secretory, Anju Tiwari as joint secretory, Reena Bajpai as treasurer & Smt. Basanti Joshi as P.R.O.
 

FACE of ASSAM

FACE INDIA is a Delhi based non profit making organization and organizing an art competition in Assam, on school level, titled with "Face of Assam 2008",

This competition will travel to all the states of India and in last this competition will titled as "Face of India".

Savi sawarkars works are based on caste one of the most political and issue based topic. Savi's intervention within contemporary cultural politics different is the manner in which the personal becomes the political via the cultural. His works are finally grounded within the politics of representation where caste which had been erased as a coordinate of power in artistic practice demands recognition.
His works consists of oils, drawings and prints on display which are his last twelve years of works produced by him and they are grouped under nine conceptual clusters by Parul Dave, which were as Bodyload, Sur-Faces, Figuring the Ground, Fellow Animals , Woman out of Woman ,In Solidarity, On Touching, Body Feeling the Body, Unfettered.
